One of the principles that guide our design, build, transforming homes as a corporate approach is “Every House is Somebody’s Home.”
It’s that ownership ideology which drives our leading project of 2019. We’re prepared to announce an aggressive campaign, in conjunction with the land bank authority, of acquiring and building low costs senior and family 1st dwellings. As part of its western to east – north and south rebuild strategy, we’re partnering to develop budget friendly properties in strained income areas – forming a mixed wealth community of owners and resources. Beyond cookie cutter homes and townhouse apartments, RT Builds is developing (redeveloping) close and contiguous properties – bringing residential ownership back into the city.
The Legacy Center Development – in the northern community of Birmingham, is the first and lead project to fully exhibit the three phases of RT Builds. New builds intermixed with custom renovations complete with specially designed landscaping to form seeds to re-establish each neighborhood in the connected community as an area for rapid growth.
